That's not so good. At the moment I use Seam 1.1.5.GA and ICEfaces 1.5.3 and I'm using the ICEfaces upload component. I've not completed the upload feature for my application, but right now, the uploaded file is placed in the deployment directory and I retrieve an InputFile object with the path to this file. So I think I'll use this until ICEfaces and Seam work together ;)
