I have an interesting question that apparently nobody has ever wondered about.
Some of the applications and jar files deployed in my jboss server are read
from a net server (a pair of apache with Webdav module in loadbalancing). This
solution works perfectly but... for security reasons, I would like to set up at
least a basic authentication on my apache webserver to stop people from
downloading the applications and jars from the apache-webdav forcing a basic
authenticate. Thus, Jboss would have to authenticate itself as well. Is this
possible? Is it possible to configure jboss in order to authenticate itself
during a netboot.
