You're right, I don't "get" JBPM yet.  Haven't figured out "scoping" of objects 
at runtime, such as actor ids -- are they visible across process definitions, 
across JbpmContexts, across JbpmConfigurations, just plain global, etc.  Lots 
of questions, lots of code to read.
