Hello @ all, we have an application running with Jboss ejb3 configuration. The Database is Oracle 10g. On jboss startup (or application deployment) we load an amount of data from the database with entity-manager and ejb3-entity-beans in mbean. We used to run our application with jboss 4.0.4RC1 where load time was about 20 minutes. Now we switched to 4.0.5-GA and the starttime has doubled to about 40 minutes. The performance of the application itself seems to be unchanged.
additional information: The Server is running under Windows Xp, Windows 2003 and Suse Linux Enterprise Server 9. The loading performance is the same on all systems.
