You've got this error: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.myfaces.webapp.StartupServletContextListener
Which may be caused by the fact that you chose the ALL profile when installing JBoss 4.0.4 rather than the EJB3 profile that the docs state is mandatory.
