is there a particular part of the project you are trying to build or is it the whole thing - identity, designer, console, engine, etc? it looks like designer to me. if you're just trying to do an eval, go to the jbpm.3\designer\jpdl\org.jbpm.gd.jpdl folder and bring it into eclipse as a plugin project. you can spawn the designer from there. it takes a little more setup to get the automated build working and may not be needed for an evaluation. for that matter if you dont need the latest build, you can download the whole package off the site.
