Yes, forgot to mention that. Either derive your server configuration from all 
or you'll have to configure the whole thing yourself (not easy).

If the server is set up properly, the servers will automatically detect each 
other, to answer your question, Bruce.

It's possible, but it can be annoying, since you'd have to change ports for all 
services running within the server, like messaging and JNDI.

On the link you posted it's stated that changing ports is easier, but I can't 
understand why. Provided you're a sysadmin (which you probably are on your 
development computer), adding another IP is a piece of cake and it only takes 
one more parameter for startup. Can't get any easier, and it has no side 
effects.
