In UNIX, you can use symlinks out of an "exploded war", which you can search on.
For Windows, edit the $JBOSS_SERVER/default/conf/jboss-service.xml , there is a list of deployed URLs. Edit the list. You may need to rename your dir mywebapprepo.war and put a web.xml in WEB-INF.
