change datasource in hibernate from java:/jbpmDS to the same value as your
WebSphere datasource
it will remove this issue
but I have same nasty issue on

java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.sun.faces.util.Util: method
getLogger(Ljava/lang/String;)Ljava/util/logging/Logger; not found
at
com.sun.faces.application.WebappLifecycleListener.(WebappLifecycleListener.java:67)
