They are probably http threads, which can be adjusted in
server/xxx/deploy/jboss-web.deployer/service.xml. Add a minSpareThreads entry,
and reduce the maxThreads entry:

| minSpareThreads=1 maxThreads="50" maxHttpHeaderSize="8192"
