While I can get it working using the instructions verbatim, I would prefer to configure some of the connection information externally (i.e. not in the ebj-jar.xml file OR the jboss.xml file). Ideally, this would be in a single resource file where the rar file is introduced. This would enable me to produce a single artifact and deploy it to development, test and production tiers without the need to rebuild the ear file. MQ series is required, so don't ask if JBossMQ may be substituted. The project leader simply wants to move a Messaging application from WAS. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
