Please disregard. The DataModel outjection was being called before a method
specified as a page action via an <s:link action="#{bean.action}"/>. I presume
the outjection occurs immediately after component initialization.
It would still be helpful to have a document describing when things like page
actions happen relative to other things like bijection.
