a custom join handler is put on a join the same way a custom forkhandler is put 
on a fork. See the wiki for that 
(http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=JbpmCustomForkhandler).  For an 
example of an implementation of a join, see the normal join in the jbpm source. 
The rest is up to you, I mean you have to decide what you want the behaviour of 
the custom node to be
