I'm not sure what you're trying to do.  Note that a SAR file describes a 
service configured to run in the Application Server.  Normally, on the server 
side you would be interested in creating an SSLServerSocket rather than an 
SSLSocket.

I can tell you, however, that Remoting supports SSL connections using the 
Remoting https, sslrmi, sslsocket and sslbisocket transports.  Remoting clients 
using these transports create SSLSockets.  For more information about Remoting,
