In MS Outlook, Tools->Options menu.
Select Mail Format tab
Set message format to "plain Text"
Save changes.

Sorry, man, but I'm seeing HTML formatting and it is _ugly_! Perhaps you
should check whether you're sending HTML email once more before you make
that claim...
