[JBoss-user] Jboss-Jetty-2.1 error

Downloaded the latest JBoss/Jetty combo
and deployed my .ear file which worked fine
before and now I get this error message:

javax.xml.transform.TransformerFactoryConfigurationError:
  java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
     org.apache.xalan.processor.TransformerFactoryImpl

What am I missing??  It shouldn't be coming from my stuff
because, internally, we are using Saxon as our processor/parser.
