No, we get this exception at Run time. When we tried with JBuilder, it ran
properly. But afterwards when we ran JBoss 2.2 (with Tomcat) using JBuilder,
though it ran properly but with default configuration, not with Tomcat
configuration. How can we make it use the 'tomcat' configuration?. When we
run it from command prompt, it runs with tomcat configuration.
