Thanks, I also found this same recommendation on theServerSide.com
WOW! What a difference this makes!
I knew that I was calling ejbStore() much more often than I wanted to, but it
made a 30x improvement in my application! I had a series of session/entity bean
calls that were taking a total of ~60 sec and now they take ~2 sec.
