[JBoss-user] IDE and testing utilities

I am looking for several FREE EJB development utilities. Can anyone tell me which are the tools most used with JBoss to create all the Home, Object, Key and Bean classes. The only FREE tool I found is EJX, but it can only generate part of the xml files.

By the way, is there any existing tool (FREE as well) to debug easily EJB Components before deploying them? If so, which is the one most used by JBOSS users? Where can I find any description on how to manage a multi-developer project in EJB?

Lots of questions, but isn't easy to find docs...
