WebGain (the visual cafe company) packages JBoss with their product
(application composer i think), Additionally MVCSoft sells an add on for
EJB 2.0 entity beans.  I believe the license allows anyone to do such.

There are additional mailing lists on business and licensing subjects on the
JBoss site.
