No. Each JBoss instance has its own JNDI tree and all smart stubs are bound
to every JNDI tree. But you are right, with the current release, the JNP
client code is not HA => if you loose your smart stubs and need to get them
again but your JNDI tree is dead, you are lost...

It won't be solved in the current test release. A smarter solution will be
found for the next release
I've started to write a document where all these issues are disscused as a
starting point for the next (first true ?)release based on the current test
release => feedback is welcome.
