As far as I understand the preferred way to create JMS queues and topics is to edit the configuration file jbossmq.xml. It is not clear to me if jboss has to be restarted to make changes to this file bite, or if there is a way to make a running jboss instance e-read this file. Are there more "direct" ways to create queues and topics on the fly? I am basically looking for a queue creation API that would allow me to write applications that create queues without updating the file jbossmq.xml.
