Do a internet search for WinCVS. Install it. Start it up. Press cntrl + L Copy and paste the cvs location string into the text window and press OK. You can find it here: http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&p=3917624#3917624
It will download it automatically. Then browse to the location the project was copied to on your computer. Select the build folder (or whichever folder has the build.bat file in it) and double click build.bat It will download what it needs off the internet and then compile itself. Then copy/paste the generated folder to the location you want JBoss in.
