In Preferences - Java - Installed JREs
Add the JDK and point to: C:\J2EE\Java\jdk1.5.0_06
In my case, I just deleted the previous JRE entry and use the JDK as the JRE.  
Then in the Debug dialog on the JDK tab I simpy use Workspace default JRE which 
is mapped to a JDK.

Hopefully that makes a little sense.

I've not encounted a reason to leave the JRE for Eclipse as a plain JRE, JBoss 
is much happier that it is using a JDK instead.
