jboss-j2ee.jar is a new file that replaces some Jar-Files
in the binary distributions (e.g. ejb2.0.jar, ejb.jar,...).
I don't know if it's in the 2.4.0 distribution, but it is
in the CVS sources.
So you won't really need the jboss-j2ee.jar if you use
a distribution.
