1) Our ejb3 distribution doesn't support Javaee5 webservices yet (BUt it is 
available in CVS.  WS hasn't been backported to jBoss 4 yet)

2) EJB3 has EJB 2.1 adapter interfaces to support old style EJB 2.1 clients 
that cannot change to use the new model.  We support this.  See the spec for 
more details, although I think we migth ahve a tutorial on this too.
