Hi,

   did you check JBoss log? "Unable to internalize message" usually means that 
client recieves response in other format than he expects - in most cases he 
recieves HTML instead of XML. Are you sure with your proxy settings?

   I've also tryed to create simple doc/lit websvc which uses complex type and 
it's working for me. Check my blog - i've described it there.
