I don't have any experience running jBPM on Weblogic. But it should be fairly straightforward. Are you using jBPM in a webapp? EJB? The main steps should always be to embed the jBPM libs along with their correct dependencies (hibernate, ...) in the *.war or *.ear file you want to deploy on the target application server. Of course you should while doing this, make sure you point to the correct database in the hibernate.cfg.xml file. And if the jBPM tables do not exist in this database, you should first create them.
