If I understood your problem correctly you can't get to CMS Manager. Otherwise you would find `upload` and `edit` actions there.
I will assume that you have already downloaded and installed JBoss portal 2.2. and you didn't change deployment descriptors. If you don't please download the fresh version (Bundled JBoss Portal) just for this exercise. 1. Start JBoss portal 2. Login using username:admin and password:admin (default admin user) 3. `CMS Manager` page will apper as soon you logged in, click on it 4. Use `CMS Admin` to modify and upload content.
