JBoss's jmx-console has a feature to see what Principals are in an 
application's SecurityManager's authentication cache.

look at mbean...

jboss.security
    service=JaasSecurityManager

Use the function...

java.util.List getAuthenticationCachePrincipals()

and enter the name of the login-config for the application you are interested 
in.
