Hi All, We are using JBoss 3.2.3 and Ingres2.6 as the db for our J2EE Application. If the application is kept running for a week without restarting JBoss, the connections keep clogging(as seen by the ipm monitor in Ingres).
The initial start-up connections is 25, and the application code has been developed to close the connections after each transaction. However when the max. limit of these connections has been crossed, an EDBC exception saying 'No Managed Connections Available within the blocking timeout of 5000 ms' is thrown. What is puzzling is why the connections dont get released when the applications is running. Has anybody faced this problem before/shed some light on how we can proceed, please let me know. Thanks in advance, Rajesh View the original post : http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&p=3925554#3925554 Reply to the post : http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=posting&mode=reply&p=3925554 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
