Yes, it seems that all security operations are really slow - not only do I
get the same speed problem when hitting reply when not logged in, but
actually logging in itself is also very slow for me (~15 seconds).
Everything else is extremely fast.

that sounds like a security issue, the security check might be very slow
for
non-logged in persons
