Tom, after giving up with trying to integrate with the Eclipse plugin
installer, I tried the ant install script as you suggested.
Output from build:
install:

C:\Java_Tools\jbpm-starters-kit-3.1\jbpm-designer\eclipse-SDK-3.1.2-win32.zip
into C:\Java_Tools\jbpm-starters-kit-3.1\jbpm-designer
[copy] Copying 34 files to
C:\Java_Tools\jbpm-starters-kit-3.1\jbpm-designer\eclipse
BUILD SUCCESSFUL
Total time: 1 minute 20 seconds
Start up Eclipse from the directory created by the install process, I get the
following:
"An Internal Error Occured: "Initializing Java Tooling" - same error I would
get when trying to install the plugins through the normal Eclipse way under
Software Updates and pointing it to the local jbpm repository provided in the
starters kit.
Any hints?
