The source code is in the pooling source code directory for the hsqldb-dev3 CVS
module.
You can get it via anonymous CVS like:
cvs -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/hsqldb login
cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/hsqldb co -P -d hsqldbpooling
