just tried inputSuggestAjax - nearly-works, but get nullpointerexception when calling remote-method.
I believe it is because seam manages its objects invisible for jsf - thus the ControllerBean bean is not found by the ajax-implementation. somewhere in the forum there is a tip from Gavin how to access seam-objects directly but I can't remember ;-) conclusion: this needs further investigation and does not work out of the box may be the new remoting of seam can help, but currently I don't know how ...
