I saw this in another thread.  You would put this in your page declaration that 
you want to protect:

  | <security-constraint>
  |   <policy-permission>
  |    <role-name>Admin</role-name>
  |    <action-name>view</action-name>
  |   </policy-permission>
  |  </security-constraint>
