There have been a few posts asking about viewing the queries generated by entity beans. There is a free tool at http://www.provision6.com that you can install in a few minutes, just requires that you make a one line change to your jboss configuration file, and it logs all queries headed for your JDBC driver to a log file (or you can set filters for specifics tables, etc).
