I don't think that is it, MethodInvocation and ConstructorInvocation are
siblings in the Invocation hierarchy, so calling the ConstructorInvocation one
would cause an error. Besides the stack trace shows the same method being
called.
You can query the AspectManager to get all the bindings deployed:

AspectManager.instance().getBindings().keySet().iterator() ; it.hasNext() ; )

| AdviceBinding binding = (AdviceBinding)it.next();
| System.out.println(binding.getPointcut().getExpr());
| }
|
AdviceBinding.getInterceptorFactories() will get you the advices bound for the
particular binding
