Ok, it might be obvious for all the Java EE experts out there, but if you are just beginning this statement is very misleading. At first (and second and third) I thought that the annotation causes the component to be registered with that name. Now I think this statement is more correct: "Specifies for seam the jndi name the container has used to register the component. For JBoss this must be "<name-of-ear-without-suffix>/<ejb-name>/local" Or do I still have understood it completely wrong?
