Are you listing the jar you need as a Classpath MANIFEST.MF entry? This needs 
to be done in order to tell JBoss what dependent jars should be deployed along 
with your your application. 


This would look something like the following in your MANIFEST.MF file:

Classpath first.jar second.jar third.jar
