Is there a reason why EJB3 is not installed when selecting the 'all'
configuration from the installer? In previous versions (4.0.4 RC1 for
example), the installer would install EJB3 when you selected the 'all'
configuration, but this one does not. It appears that the only way to get an
EJB3 install is to select the 'ejb3' config option, but this will not work for
me. I need the 'all' config plus the ejb3 extensions. How can I make this
work for JBoss 4.0.4.CR2?
