Regardless that there will be no SP2 for 4.0.3 in which this bug is fixed: Can you provide a binary fix (jboss*.jar) of this bug for 4.0.3 SP1? I'm a newbie and so I don't want to hack the JBoss Server myself as you described it. Some help here would be nice. Thanks a lot.
