Just curious - why does Hibernate in the release version of JBoss use the 
HashtableCache provider by default instead of the JBossCache?

Seems like it would be helpful to have the "ejb3" configuration use a LOCAL 
cache, and "ejb3-clustered" use a REPL_ASYNC (or whatever) cache.
