Found the problem and fixed it by creating the ANTMOD_HOME and ANT_HOME
variable in Eclipse:

1. Click on Window-->Preferences
2. Expand run/debug
3. Click String substitution
4. Add variable ANTMOD_HOME and set it to the location of antmod (i.e
c\antmod-1.3.1
5. Add variable ANT_HOME and set it to the location of ant (i.e
C:\eclipse\plugins\org.apache.ant_1.6.5)
