Found the problem and fixed it by creating the ANTMOD_HOME and ANT_HOME variable in Eclipse:
1. Click on Window-->Preferences 2. Expand run/debug 3. Click String substitution 4. Add variable ANTMOD_HOME and set it to the location of antmod (i.e c\antmod-1.3.1 5.
