Scott, I am presuming that you mean that we need to provide a flag that will denote that all authorization decisions need to be delegated to an external JACC provider.
Should we: - Provide a generic Provider interface that JACC providers will implement (including all the Realm methods) and the provider class can be plugged into the JACCAuthorizationRealm. Based on the existence of the provider class, delegation will happen.
