I thought that you made all the other steps because they are described in 
documentation. There is no information anywhere about the problem with weaving 
classes from war archives. If you try to weave a class that is in a WAR you 
can't unless you change that attribute. Maybe it is not the case here, because 
you have rather strange structure: WAR inside a JAR. Try changing the attribute 
back to default value to find out.
