Ok I found the sollution, in the current version of facelets SKIP_COMMENTS is
disabled. To enable it again you have to write this in your web.xml:
<context-param>
| <param-name>facelets.SKIP_COMMENTS</param-name>
| <param-value>true</param-value>
| </context-param>
