Ah ok, I forgot to mention, all instances have deployed the same application 
and run like a cluster. So if one instance crashes the load will be 
"distribute" to the others. But I don't want to use clustering!
So it is not possible to use one instance as Server. If this server instance 
breaks down, the others are not able to use JMS.

Thanks for your answer, but I fear it doesn't solve my problem.
