Are you trying to store java 1.5 Enums as VariableInstances? I'm trying to do the same thing .. but I think I took a different approach. Instead of creating a Hibernate user type, I created a JBPM converter (convert(), revert()).
I can't get this to work, though - because of a problem with Hibernate when I try to do a Criteria query against a VariableInstance using the Enum (because the Enum is stored in the DB as a StringType) View the original post : http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&p=3943190#3943190 Reply to the post : http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=posting&mode=reply&p=3943190 ------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
