My biggest concern is with how ejb3 is picking up the remoting locator url.  It 
should be coming from the remoting server (Connector to be exact) and bound 
within the ejb3 client.  This way, users can configure all the remoting info, 
including clientBindUrl in one place on the server, and know it will be picked 
up and used within the clients.  I thought this was how it was being done 
currently?
